MOSCOW, Dec 1 (PRIME) – The National Settlement Depository has received and transferred 4.5 billion rubles from nuclear power corporation Rusnano to repay exchange bonds of the company, including the last coupon, the depository said in a statement on Wednesday.
Thebond, placed in June 2019 at 9.1%, matures on Wednesday, and investors are tracking the repayment since Rusnano is negotiating debt restructuring.
Eight Rusnano bonds remain in circulation totaling 67 billion rubles. Three issues are backed by 31.4 billion ruble of state guarantees.
